Thank you for staying with us! We want every guest to have a 5 star experience! Here are a few things about our cabin.
- Check in/check out: We cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. Our cleaners need time to clean and sanitize for the next guest. Late check outs will be a $100 fee.
- No parties, drugs or excessive noise. No smoking inside. Violations of this will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Inside smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Fee will vary based on damage.
- Max of 8 guests. More than 8 guests will be an additional $100.
The hot tub is for guests 18+ and over. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Hot tub is drained, cleaned, sanitized after each stay. Please keep the cover on when not in use. Please do not stand on the cover, it can easily break and you will be charged. Please do not add bubble bath or any other chemicals.
WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY:
Guests understand that by booking a reservation they are agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability. The owners of Black Bear Hideaway request all guests to use the features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of hot tub, stairs, grounds, fireplace and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fireplace agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them.
